You Are the Union
PEF is a member-driven union. That means that decisions and policies, issues and political efforts are all identified by members. These central concerns of the membership drive the agenda of the union: what will get negotiated in the contract, what political candidates we might endorse, and what our lobbyists are going to fight for.
Remember, however, that the steward's face may be the only face the average member actually sees.
